Dala Opaque Medium is a fabric medium that enables you to transform your standard Dala Fabric Paints into opaque colours, enabling you to print onto patterened, dyed or dark fabrics. Suitable for use on synthetic fibres.

Dala Opaque Medium is perfect for use on patterened, dyed or dark fabrics.
Adding little bits of Opaque Medium to the Fabric Paint, mix the Opaque Medium and Fabric paint together. The ratio of Opaque Medium to Fabric Paint will depend on the intensity of the fabric you are working with, and the shade of paint you require.
Test on a sample swatch to ensure compatibility.
If satisfied, apply paint to garment or fabric and heat set the blend at 160C for 3 minutes. If using an iron to heat set, make use of the maximum heat for the respective fabric.
*Clean up using warm soapy water.
