Dalas' Gesso Primer is a creamy medium used to coat canvases before applying paint to improve the paints adhesion to the substrate.
Gesso is a high end primer for artists, with a high solid content and a low latex content making it suitable for both acrylic and oil paint applications.
Available in White and Black. IDEAL FOR: PRIMING CANVASES IN PREPARATION FOR COLOUR
Using a medium to soft brush coat your chosen box canvas, stretch canvas or canvas panel with a generous layer of Acrylic Gesso Primer.
Allow it to dry thoroughly as per instructions on the label.
Apply oil or acrylic paint to primed canvas.
*Clean up using warm, soapy water
